Phil has been at the helm of operations since founding Protek over twenty years ago. Leading a team of trades professionals, he uses his practical building and maintenance experience to deliver the best solution to both major works and smaller ad hoc jobs.
Phil specialises in project management and asbestos removal.
Chris Morrison
BUILDER / MAJOR WORKS
Chris has spent over a decade in the Building and Construction Industry, both as a tradesman and project manager. As a registered builder (BRN100990), Chris takes a hands on and practical approach to major works projects, from planning to final handover.
Sandy Shailes
HSEQ COMPLIANCE & BUSINESS SUPPORT
With a strong background in construction and manufacturing operations and a practical approach to systems, Sandy manages Protek’s quality, safety and general operational compliance.
Sandy also provides general business support to the team.
Luke Colasante
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
With a strong customer focus, and a well rounded knowledge of building maintenance, Luke works closely with clients to find the best solution.
Luke specialises in playground repairs and general school maintenance.
Crispin Sexton
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
After a long career in education leadership, Crispin made a successful move across to the building and construction industry thanks to his operational experience.
Specialising in scheduling and system management, Crispy looks after Protek general job management.
Ray Ward
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Ray brings more than thirty years of building and carpentry experience and has worked with Protek for over eight years.
Ray manages a dedicated routine maintenance team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Paula Colasante
ADMINISTRATION
Following a strong business administration background in the automotive and plumbing industry, Paula joined Protek in 2018.
Paula looks after all things financial and keeps the office admin running efficiently.
Tamara Caygill
ADMINISTRATION
Tamara has spent over twelve years in assorted personal assistant roles across the financial, oil and gas and construction industries before joining Protek in 2017.
She provides a wide range of business and accounts support to the admin team.
